Had a fab 3 days on the Emerald Isle, esp the company and the coast. We took a few beach pix (clothes ON!) which we’ll try to upload soon!!
Tue – Fri was a whirlwind Great North Run, ie. my Bezzy Mate Nathan then Janes folks, finishing with lunch in Brum with Lottie from POW-days!
Was nuvver tip top time with the Lotus putting in some speedy (M6 Toll) and fuel-efficient (M6 NOT – Toll, jammed) miles…we actually got 11miles to the litre ( think thats good! And boring too somehow!)
Off to Southampton tomorrow for w/e, if anybody finds this vaguely of interest, please post a comment!
The west coast is not only stunning but bloody cold. Went to bed all warm and fluffy and woke up to frost and a totally white landscape!
Day one ever in Ireland included a walk along the coast followed by a lovely pint of Guinness (its true, the ‘black stuff’ really is nicer over here!).
And now for breakfast we are having some White Pudding! — What a voyage of discovery we are having! Will take some pix but cant upload til we get home as I forgot the cable!

M&J a-Chillin' !!
Yep, it V-Day and we are spending it in the cold north of England! Off for a walk in the woods (!!) followed by a bottle of red down the local here.
